Terms

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms and to the payment and refund policy below.

Rules

I will not draw:
1. Heavy gore, eye or tooth injury, or grotesque body horror.
2. Sexually explicit content or any genitalia--nonsexual nudity (including breasts) is alright.
3. Real-life people who you do not know personally, including actors/celebreties. Real-life faceclaims may be used.
4. Fandom art except for art of your own or your friends' original characters.
5. Mouth kissing or extremely overt romantic shipping. Nothing against that, it's just awkward to draw.

I may decline or cancel a comission if:
1. It's a violation of my "will not draw" list.
2. It's clear that my terms have not been read.
3. You take more than a week to send payment when your commission is accepted--in this case, you'll need to request again.
4. I am for any reason uncomfortable completing it, or just don't want to.

You may cancel a comission and get a refund if:
1. It takes over 6 weeks to complete.
2. You have not approved a sketch for me to work on.

Payment & Refunds

Every commission has two payments: 50% upfront, and 50% when the piece is completed.

The 50% upfront is to be paid before the sketch is started or materials are purchased (if applicable). This allows me to buy materials and protects me from free art scams/theft, so thank you for understanding.

You're entitled to a full refund of your 50% payment if:
1. You ask within one calendar month of sending the payment (ie, if you paid on August 23, your last day to get a full refund is September 23).
2. You have not approved my sketch for me to start lining, coloring, buying materials, etc.

Once you've approved the sketch and I've begun work, please note there will be a 10% fee for every time I have to start over, so please make sure you really love it before giving me the go-ahead!

When I've finished the piece, I'll send you a low resolution and watermarked version of the piece for you to approve or request adjustments to. Once you've paid, I'll send the full quality image (or put in the mail, for physical items).
